These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the p6666 online gaming platform operated at p6666.org. By registering or continuing to use p6666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Each individual may hold only one active p6666 account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances. Accounts are not transferable between individuals.
p6666 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing p6666.org, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and p6666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 p6666 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. See Section 15 for amendment procedures.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions apply alongside and do not override any specific game rules, promotional terms, or additional policies made available on the Platform, each of which supplements this Agreement where applicable.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use p6666. This age restriction is mandatory under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory standards. p6666 strictly prohibits access by minors and will permanently close any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age, with all associated balances forfeited.
3.2.1 To register on p6666, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
3.2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on p6666. Registering or attempting to maintain multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.2.3 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account, Account balance, or any associated benefits to any third party.
3.2.4 You must not register for or use p6666 if you are: (a) located in or a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction; (b) a person whose access to online gaming is prohibited by applicable law; or (c) an employee, director, consultant, or close relative of the Operator or its affiliate gaming providers.
p6666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of mobile number ownership, and, where required under PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations, documentation relating to source of funds. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by p6666 may have withdrawal functions suspended pending verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p6666 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 All activity that occurs through your Account using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you were the actual individual making the transaction, unless you have notified p6666 of unauthorized access in accordance with Clause 4.3.
4.3 If you become aware or have reason to believe that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify p6666 immediately via the 24/7 live chat function. p6666 will take reasonable steps to suspend access to the Account while the security matter is investigated.
4.4 p6666 will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request your password from p6666 is fraudulent. Do not respond and report it to support immediately.
5.1 All transactions on p6666 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability may change without prior notice at p6666's discretion.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) for GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). p6666 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion.
5.3 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your p6666 Account originate from a lawful source and are not connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. p6666 is required by applicable Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.
5.4 p6666 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or payment instruments belonging to third parties. If a payment is found to originate from a third-party account, p6666 reserves the right to void associated winnings and return the deposit to its source.
5.5 Deposited funds are for gaming purposes on the p6666 Platform only. Deposits do not accrue interest. p6666 is not a financial institution and the Platform should not be treated as a savings facility.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity on file with your verified p6666 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests placed in a pending state until verification is successfully completed.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). p6666 processes GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or regulatory review.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met in accordance with Section 7.
6.5 p6666 reserves the right to carry out additional security and verification checks before processing any withdrawal. p6666 may request further documentation if a withdrawal is flagged for review under its anti-money laundering obligations. Withholding of withdrawal pending such review does not constitute breach of this Agreement.
6.6 p6666 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to payment gateway outages, banking holidays, or technical failures at third-party financial institutions.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by p6666 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. The applicable terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement by reference.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all p6666 deposit bonuses is twenty-five times (25x) the sum of the deposit and bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x).
7.3 Each promotion may specify: (a) eligible games and contribution rates toward wagering requirements; (b) minimum deposit amounts to qualify; (c) maximum bet amounts permitted while a bonus is active; (d) expiry dates after which unused bonus amounts are forfeited; and (e) any other conditions specific to that promotion.
7.4 p6666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed in bad faith, including by exploiting technical errors, using prohibited betting patterns, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions, will be void and the associated Account may be suspended.
7.5 Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. p6666 uses account, device, IP address, and payment method checks to identify duplicate or fraudulent bonus claims.
8.1 All games available on p6666 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game.
8.2 Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live casino games, by real-time physical processes (cards, dice, wheels) conducted by trained live dealers in professional studio environments. All results are final once a round concludes. p6666 does not accept disputes regarding final game results except where a documented technical malfunction is proven to have affected the outcome.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server disconnection, network interruption, or software error — p6666 will endeavor to reinstate the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. If this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. p6666 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original bet amount.
8.4 p6666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds or game parameters arising from a platform error. Bets void under this provision will have their stake returned to the Player's Wallet.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on p6666. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:
10.1 p6666 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously under PAGCOR-regulated standards. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
10.2 p6666 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from Account settings:
10.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. During the exclusion period, the Player will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from p6666. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires.

11.1 All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, audio, and other intellectual property on p6666 are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
11.3 The p6666 name, logo, and branding are proprietary marks of the Operator. Unauthorized use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p6666 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.
12.2 p6666's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages shall in no event exceed the total deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 p6666 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. p6666 is not liable for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate Platform information where a reasonable person would have verified that information independently.
12.4 Nothing in this Section limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13.1 p6666 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, are found to have provided false information during registration or KYC, engage in any Prohibited Activity listed in Section 9, or if p6666 is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
13.2 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the Account may be subject to investigation before release. Balances derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting p6666 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to Account closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed in accordance with Section 6. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completed verification.
13.4 Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including p6666's right to recover amounts owed to it.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Any disputes arising between you and p6666 shall first be submitted to p6666's internal dispute resolution process. You must submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the transaction, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. p6666 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through p6666's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The parties agree that Philippine courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement.
15.1 p6666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on p6666.org for a minimum of seven (7) days before taking effect.
15.2 Non-material amendments — including but not limited to typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive obligations, and additions required by applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice.
15.3 The version of the Terms & Conditions bearing the most recent "Last Reviewed" date shown in the Page Hero of this document constitutes the operative version. All prior versions are superseded and have no ongoing legal effect.
15.4 If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of p6666 after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
